I got requests to tell my weekly highlights as well.
So far I have been silent to, because luckily the good idea of weekly highlights was not mine and I wanted to see how far this self set rule is working. Conclusion is that we have to take more efforts to lead simple as an intelligent adaptive organization.
My weekly highlight is my learning from a two days workshop with Martin Limbeck from our sales coaching.
Compared to other participants we have an extraordinary internal motivation. Where other sales leaders saying “It doesn´t matter what to sell” I am quite sure that everybody of us is working to contribute the cooling of our earth to enable more people to live in peace on here.(…)”
